Jeremy Robinson

Non-Executive Chairman (appointed 24 August 2023)

Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Corporate Finance, Investment Finance and Marketing Mr Robinson is an experienced resources executive, having 20 years of experience in the industry ranging from Managing Director to Business Development positions. He is currently the principal of Churchill Strategic Investments Group, which has financed multiple junior explorers and developers across the ASX and TSX.

Abby Smith

Non-Executive Director (appointed 15 August 2022)

MSc and BA/BSc (Honours) from Queen’s University, Canada and is a PhD Candidate at the University of Sydney, Australia. She is currently the director of Quit Tasmania at Cancer Council Tasmania.

Ms Smith has over 15 years’ experience working in environmental and public health roles across private, government and non-for-profit sectors in Australia and Canada. During her career, Ms Smith has successfully led the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, where she assessed the environmental and health impact of developments, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.

Andrew Reid

Managing Director (appointed 25 March 2024)

Andrew Reid has over 30 years’ experience in the resources industry, with 20 years of expertise in mine management, geology and mining engineering concentrating, on open pit and narrow vein underground mining. Previously Mr Reid was MD of Augustus Minerals and prior COO at Hastings Ltd developing the Yangibana Rare Earths project. He also held COO positions with Finders Resources and BCM International.

Mr Reid spent 15 years working across Africa which included being part of operational teams developing the Paladin Energy Uranium Mines in Namibia and Malawi. Mr Reid was the General Manager of the large Kevitsa polymetallic Mine (between 2011 and 2014) in the Arctic, taking it through construction, commissioning and into operations.

Mr Reid has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology, with further postgraduate qualifications in Mining Engineering and an MSC in Mineral Economics, he also holds a WA first class mine managers certificate.

Edmar Medeiros

Technical Manager

Mr. Medeiros has a MSc from the Federal University of Santa Catarina in Brazil and a Project Management MBA from the University of Central Florida.

During a 33-year career, including 24 years with Anglo American he has occupied a variety of process development, research and development and project management roles.

Antonio De Castro

Exploration Manager

Mr De Castro is a Brazilian geologist with over 34 years of exploration and mining experience for gold, copper, nickel, iron and phosphate in Brazil and Australia. He worked as a Senior Mine and Exploration Geologist for WMC for over 19 years both in Brazil and Australia. More recently he has consulted for several junior mining companies include Polo Resources – Minfer Brazil, Brazilian Gold Corporation and Copper Range Company. Mr. Castro received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Federal do Rio de Janeiro, is a registered geologist with CREA-RJ, the Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia do Rio de Janeiro, and a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mike Schmulian

Consultant

Geologist with over 40 years mining and exploration experience including 25 years in Brazil.

Previous COO of ASX listed Crusader Resources and has held Senior Management and Executive positions with WMC, AngloGold Ashanti and Mundo Minerals.

Ben Donovan

Company Secretary

Mr Donovan is the principal of Argus Corporate Partners Pty Ltd which provides corporate advisory, IPO and consultancy services to a number of companies. Mr Donovan is currently a company secretary of several ASX listed and public unlisted companies and has gained experience across resources, agritech, biotech, media and technology industries. Mr Donovan is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and has extensive experience in listing rules compliance and corporate governance, having served as a Senior Adviser at the ASX in Perth for nearly 3 years, where he managed the listing of nearly 100 companies on the ASX.

In addition, Mr Donovan has experience in the capital markets having raised capital and assisted numerous companies on achieving an initial listing on the ASX, as well as for a period of time, as a private client adviser at a boutique stock broking group.
